Prerequisite:
1: Familiarize oneself with the dimensions, specifications, errors, etc. indicated by the data numbers of each customer's various data
2: Familiar with the organization, coding, and conversion of various materials
3: Familiarize oneself with the wire mesh indication direction of various polar components on a PCB.
4: Familiar with the job responsibilities of each workstation and possess skills in printing, inspection, and other workstations
Work content guidance
1: During transportation, the operator selects the correct feeder for the prepared materials according to the specifications, and installs the materials with feeders at the corresponding workstations of the machine according to the workstation table provided by the project. After all data installation is completed, IPQC full inspection must be carried out after self inspection. Prepare refueling record sheets and daily production reports.
2: After the technical personnel have debugged the SMT machine, the first piece trial production is carried out, and the first piece is recorded and sent to IPQC for inspection. After passing the inspection, the first piece mass production is carried out. Engineers can notify through the furnace. Before production, it is necessary to carefully inspect the quality of these ten circuit boards, such as side standing, offset, missing, wrong parts, reverse pasting, component polarity reversal, etc.
3: SMT SMT SMT SMT machine FEEDER that can accept material strips must be refueled in the form of material strips (such as Yamaha series, JUKI machine series). Do not wait for the data to run out and wait for one workstation to run out of fuel. 5: During the closing period, it is necessary to make a budget in advance to see if there may be a shortage of information, and notify the foreman to help find the information. Try to avoid waiting for materials to reduce production efficiency. At the end of cleaning, all loose materials must be found and pasted. Do not repair them afterwards. If there is still a ventilation board, the clearing data must be completely and correctly written on the ventilation sheet. There are no errors or omissions. Before distribution, it must be confirmed and signed by the supervisor. Avoid applying for the same job multiple times. After cleaning, ask the on duty foreman if the data has been retrieved and returned to the warehouse.
